As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks to the agency. Making sure all deliverables are met on reasonable timelines.
• Consulting with multiple stakeholders on executing strategic content & campaign to meet business objectives.
• Lead and manage agencies & vendors to meet deliverables, and timelines and achieve business targets.
• Working closely with account's stakeholders (AstroGoods, Airoandfriends, etc) to accommodate their campaign and business demand.
• Monitor agencies and vendor performance closely and implement necessary changes to improve the account's performance.
• Create clear budget allocations on retainer, ad-hoc & supporting projects that accommodate business needs.
• Working closely with the Content & Social Media team to create a comprehensive brief and content plan.
• Share clear briefs and directions to agencies to run all social media accounts on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

• Excellent analytical skill
• Proactive, high curiosity & ownership, and team player
• Strong project management skills. Able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Familiarity with content & creative production
• Working experience in account management in the agency
• Preferably have an educational background in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of account management or account executive
