Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate partnership opportunities and drive results

Good communication and negotiation skills

Create a pipeline to gather a list of potential partnership opportunities and initiate contact with them

Seven years Relevant experience working in this or a related field.

Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization in a related field.

Demonstrates a personal commitment to serve, respect, and empower the church according to principles outlined in Compassion’s ministry philosophies.

Effectively transitions the partnership relationship to the Partnership Facilitator during the startup milestones (as determined by National Office Partnership Leadership).

In collaboration with the Partnership Facilitator, develops a schedule to request the Sponsorship Launch grant.
