Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales and account management

Responsible for recruiting and building our sales force team, whether through internal hiring or agency-based recruitment

Monitoring the productivity of our sales force through our internal program

2. At least 2 years experiences in live streaming platform is preferred

1. 2 years of agencies/hosts operation experience;

2. Be responsible for recruiting and managing agencies and hosts（must have database for agencies/hosts）;

3. Plan events(including but not limited to ranking events, training events…) to improve agencies&hosts’ retention and revenue;

4. Deal with issues between agencies and platforms etc.

Working experience in account management in the agency

Strong project management skills. Able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

2-3 years of account management or account executive

Lead and manage agencies & vendors to meet deliverables, and timelines and achieve business targets.

Preferably have an educational background in communications, marketing, or a related field.
