• Monthly fulfillment analysis report
• Engage with our client and help resolve issues and inquiries
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
• Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities in ensuring continuous business growth
• Act as the main point of contact between Praktis and its client and principles

⛩️ Requirements

• Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have at least 2 - 3 experience in Account Manager (Fashion Category)
