Overview An Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with large corporate clients and ensuring that their needs are met. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue. Detailed Job Description An Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with large corporate clients and ensuring that their needs are met. They must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue. They must be able to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, understand customer needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify and develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts. They must be able to analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction. They must be able to provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related field
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
