About Our Client

You will have the opportunity to oversee and manage a liaison program, bridging the gap between the organization and legislative entities. You will be the main point contact to liaise with the high level government bodies in Indonesia to drive the policy advocacy.

• Collaborate with industry advocates to identify shared interests and work together towards common goals.
• Assist senior management in strategic planning for regulatory activities, ensuring we navigate potential challenges effectively.
• Take an active role in trade associations and industry committees, seeking leadership positions to influence positive change.
• Initiate and support legislative and public policy changes that align with our company's objectives.
• Additional duties as required, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to contribute to team's success.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with federal, state, and local government entities and agencies, establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
• Represent the organization and industry by testifying before government committees, advocating for our operations and initiatives.Stay updated on government activities that could impact business and clients, conducting thorough research and monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Relations, or a related field. An MBA or law degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, demonstrating your ability to lead and influence.
• Extensive government contacts at both local and national levels, enabling you to navigate the political landscape effectively.
• A strong policy advocacy expertise and experience in dealing with high-level government bodies.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to assess complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
