Head Of Visual Merchandising

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good analyse and strategy for managing Store to increase good performance.
• Carry out site visits.
• Store review and sales analyse from DSR to create a stronger VM Plan and execution.
• Align across departments in creating stores solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience.
• Submit forecast for new CAPEX on the next Fiscal Year.
• Liaise between Principal on production vendor, and retailer’s PIC in developing New Campaign.
• Prepare product planograms on new launches / monthly initiatives, following guidelines.
• Forecast for merchandising elements on new launches/monthly initiatives from B&M TDD deck.
• Performs due diligence and evaluates the property in coordination with Navya's Business Units to highlight any risks and ensure it is in line with Navya's requirements and standards.
• Understand guidelines from Regional/Principal (e.g., trade animation, store visuals, store displays) and implement these locally.
• Propose to Principal for additional design / fixtures needed to support.

Requirements:

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design and/or Interior Design, Business, or other related subjects.
• Willing to travel around Indonesia.
• Possess strong passion for the fashion/footwear/active lifestyle industry.
• Has creativity.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator, and other similar software.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 8 -10 years of experience with similar position in retail industry (fashion/footwear/active lifestyle).
• Good analytical in Business.
• Strong in bubble plan and planogram.
