Activities and Responsibilities


  • Scans and interprets relevant policies, regulations and trends and share it on a regular basis to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Researches and monitors government and its thinktank activities that could shape healthcare ecosystem in overall and affect the organizations business.
  • Engages and maintains professional relationships with members of central and local government entities and parliaments as well as other stakeholders and influencers such as media, KOLs, partners, spokespersons.
  • Understand all relevant rules, regulation, and procedures related to compliance.
  • Demonstrates Patient, Trust, Reputation, and Business (PTRB), ethical and compliant behavior in all activities.
  • Collaborates with internal network (I-SEA, GEM, Global), industry advocates, and other relevant stakeholders includes but is not limited to healthcare professional associations, hospitals associations, etc. for policy priority and policy development.
  • Ensure the public affairs efforts are aligned and coordinated with other relevant functions to confirm prioritization and impact.
  • Able to articulate our Vaccines and Access to Medicine initiatives and connect internal team strategic imperative and tactical plan to enable faster and better access to our innovative medicine.

Job Specification


  • Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key government officials and parliamentary representatives
  • Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in public health or public policy or health policy
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system, health system inter-dependencies, and practices; in relation to authorities and related political decision-making processes and mechanism.
  • English proficiency
  • 4-5 years’ experiences at middle management role of public affairs, corporate affairs, and/or government affairs
