Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle the implementation & administration of assessment center
  • Ensure the recruitment & selection process for Complex and Head Office
  • Manage end-to-end and prepare announcement for New Hire
  • Perform other duties from time to time as assigned by HRM or the Management


Qualifications

  • Good in English (Verbal & Written)
  • Min. 1-2 years experience in Recruitment
  • Capable use Psychological tools (PAPI, DISC, etc)
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
