Key enabling BEST team within dedicated to driving aligned operations of functions and capabilities, leading strategic initiatives, and developing and implementing foundational program management tools across the organisation. This lead will have ownership of intake and prioritisation of all initiatives and be responsible for streamlined execution, including aligned, critical touchpoints with all operations.

The Shipper Onboarding Assistant Manager is an exceptionally organised, method professional with the experience necessary to align shipper requirement with operations capability to ensure operations can serve shippers with good quality.

Responsibilities

• Understand shipper requirements and compare with operational standard procedure
• Intense alignment and communication with commercial team
• Communicating with operations team to check and ensure operations capability to serve shipper requirements
• Create project charter for new shippers to ensure meet the timelines
• Update commercial team to every new update regarding operations capability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent
• Good in communication
• At least 3 years of experience in operations
• Familiar with logistic operations flow process
• Flexible, easy to adapt with new environment, project management, team work, and eager to self-learn under minimal direction
