Virtahub, a growing virtual assistance company, is seeking an experienced virtual assistant to join our team. As an experienced virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients remotely. You must be able to work independently and deliver quality results while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to clients by handling their daily tasks such as email management, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and preparing reports.
• Manage social media accounts and write content for blogs or website
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Organize travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation bookings
• Conduct research for project or client needs
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Attention to detail while consistently delivering quality work
• Knowledgeable in social media management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research on various topics
• Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, Google Suite or similar software applications
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Proven experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
