Freight Forwarder is a service company engaged in the agency sector that takes care of the delivery and receipt of Export and Import goods in a comprehensive and complete manner. So it's not just a shipping agent, so the shipping services offered by the Freight Forwarder company are far more complete and more varied. Delivery of these goods can be carried out by land, sea or air transportation without having to own a fleet or transportation facilities and infrastructure by the Freight Forwarder company.

QUALIFICATION :
- Minimum Education Diploma / Bachelor
- Have at least 1 year experience in the same field
- Have a wide network
- Have a motorized vehicle
- Have SIM A & C
- Able to use Ms. office
- Willing to travel out of town
- Have a discipline attitude, honest, conscientious, communicative and able to work in teams
- Active in English
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Looking for new clients
- Have a logistics client database or goods delivery (client list)
- Has an extensive network in the field of Freight Forwarding marketing
- Responding to tenders and client requests in a timely manner
- Negotiate rates and service levels with customers
- Study existing competitor solutions
- Responsible for marketing procedures
- Development of marketing systems and mechanisms
- Know the Procedures regarding Shipping / IMPORT EXPORT, Transportation or Logistics
- Monitor Delivery progress and updates
- Make shipping arrangements for export import consolidation
- Reach the target customers that have been set
- Maintain good relationship with every airline, shipping and other vendors
- Coordinate with the operational team to meet customer needs in accordance with applicable standards
- Understand customer needs & coordinate the preparation of offering solutions to potential customers
