Responsibilities

• Become a BMW product expert and provide customers with an unforgettable buying experience
• Build relationships with potential customers through a fun and effective BMW car sales process
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop creative and effective sales strategies and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
• Lead the BMW car sales process from start to finish, including explaining car features, conducting test drives, and negotiating prices

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Passion for sales and a desire to learn about luxury car sales
