Sales And Marketing Representative

Blue Pacific Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in the Freight Forwarding Industry. The sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting our services, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
• Promote and market our services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams within the organization to achieve business goals
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Attend conferences and industry events to represent the company and promote our services
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
• Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and partners
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales and Marketing for Air / Sea Freight
• Have excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
