Product Manager General Medicine Mature Brands

JOB PURPOSE

• The person will lead General Medicine Mature Brands (Incidal, Binotal, Ciproxin Tab) for marketing strategy development and ensure its excellent implementations.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Digital integration and demand creation activity according to Brand’s strategies and value proposition.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategy to achieve target growth and revenue despite all challenging market situation especially for Anti Histamin Market
• Comply with local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct
• Lead business development for digital initiatives
• Translate the digital activation to drive business impact
• Working together with Cross Function Team and ensure product availability to meet aligned forecast
• Develop new costumer interaction concepts
• Lead the marketing campaign process
• Identify potential new sources of business

Who You Are

• Open to explore innovative ways to most effectively reach the customers
• Experience managing mature brands and complementary go-to-market models
• Interpersonal skill to virtually lead internal/external stakeholders - Can-do attitude and persistence to get things done
• Has > 3 years experience in FMCG/OTC market
• Able to communicate in Bahasa and English and have good negotiation
• Discipline in setting up KPIs during planning and improving next steps based on KPIs' evaluation
