Organization Development & People Development (Odpd) Specialist

:

• Coordinate with Training & Development section to ensure the accuracy of talent mapping
• Support HR Head to gather both corporate and individual KPI to ensure the performance management system running well
• Coordinate with recruitment section to implement assessment processes and to formulate the accurate specification or qualification of the candidate needed
• Support HR Head & Senior HR Manager to prepare the data to formulate the most effective and relevant organization structure
• Develop and maintain the company's career path system by identifying the job characteristic of each department whether it's structural or functional
• Conduct employee's career development based on company's organizational requirement and the career path system
• Organize and conduct the assessment centre process whether carrying out independently or using a third party
• Prepare the administration of succession planning program by mapping the available talent
• Prepare the policy regarding talent management and organizational development in accordance with company’s need
• Coordinate and support other HR functions in HR department

Requirements:

• Broad knowledge in Organization Development, Talent Management, People Development, Job Analysis & Assessment Center.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience focusing on talent management and organization development.
• Bachelor's Degree ofHR Management, Psychology or related field.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Have good analytical thinking & good problem solving.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Excel.
