We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will generate new leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate and strategize with the marketing team to ensure continuous pipeline development.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling/emailing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and facilitate product demonstrations to potential customers by liaising with Solution Consultant.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners and understand customers’ needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service in any of the ERP sales.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Rep for NetSuite or other ERP software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
