Mining Manager Jobs

Our client is one of the biggest mining service companies, particularly in the underground drilling business. At this moment they are hiring an Operation Manager in East Indonesia. They are looking for international talents (expatriates).

Working responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and work with the field service team to resolve issues and provide consistent support in the region
• Meeting the client’s requirement referring to the technical service agreement
• Maintain a firm commitment to the quality objectives of the company; implement processes and procedures in line with client’s policies
• In general, this role will support the financial achievement of the company by ensuringrevenue & profit targets and expense control.
• Coordination of all warranty claims as per the company’s warranty policies and communication claim discussions to their clients.

Requirements:

• A sound understanding of the mining industry and its business processes
• 7-8 years of supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment
• Strong customer service focus
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve outcomes
