Marketing Manager (Mining) Jobs

Eligibility: Only Indonesian Placement: Jakarta Permanent role with 3 Months probation Responsibilities: Manage (Including maintenance and further development of) the CATS Invoicing system that complies with the ongoing, changing needs of our contracts and provides all necessary management reports. Provide accurate cash flow forecast from revenue projections as required by accounting and finance. Ensure a proper audit trail in shipment files. Assess all elements of commercial metal balance and identify/solve Issues Identified therein. In conjunction with Port operations ensure each shipment Is efficiently loaded and Inventory is managed appropriately. Prepare and make sure all necessary shipping documents are made correctly and manage all payments are duly made on time Assist the Sr. marketing manager on long term mid­ term and short-term shipping schedule. Track collection of funds from customers to ensure timely payment Is being made by all customers. Ensure appropriate supervision at discharge port to ensure proper final weighing and sampling of the metal concentrates. Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to Monitor actual expenditure and to control costs. Implement, monitor, and modify agreed actions to maintain financial and overall project objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor degree from reputable university Have minimum 8 (eight) years commercial concentrate experience.

Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills: Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive In a fast paced, high-pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously

Ability to analyze brand shipment and consumption performance to drive business results (quantitative rigor)

Ability to lead cross functional teams toward common goal (resuIts focused)

Ability to appropriately Communicate to/Influence all levels and departments of organization (collaborative)

Strong stakeholder management both Internally and externally
