About Our Client
The client is a growing beauty company. With a strong presence in the market, the client is looking for a strong key account person.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to demand planning activities.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to develop tailored strategies and initiatives for modern pharmacy accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the beauty industry and modern pharmacy channel.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in modern pharmacy accounts, including buyers, category managers, and store managers.
  • Develop and implement account strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with accounts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, or similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the modern pharmacy channel, including knowledge of key players, customer dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
