Human Resource (Hr) Generalist

We are looking to hire an HR Generalist to join our growing company and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is good if you are passionate about people and culture, and have had experience in human resources for a fast-growing startup.
Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Developing and monitoring overall HR policies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Evaluating and reporting on key HR metrics and trends

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• A bachelor's degree in Busines Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, and other relevant fields
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience leading human resources. Experience in a startup will be a plus
