Head Of People Jobs

Our Client is looking for Head of People, with following responsibilities:

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, forecast hiring needs
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal that drives high performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Requirements:

• Able to work independently
• Willing to work in environment with high mobility
• At least 10 years in HR function, and 5 years in managerial level
