Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Global Hyatt's purpose and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. As the Executive Chef you will also be responsible to function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and events operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and that they are individually profitable

Qualifications

Ideally with professional diploma in Food Production, Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in larger operation, Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity is a must, A passionate hands on leader and mentor who committed to ongoing professional development, Able to lead the team with some new exciting upcoming hotel & event projects.
