- Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business.
- Conducting Food Safety Training.
- Ensure that all Kitchen forms and reports are complete on time.
- Implement food safety programs and procedures.
- Ensure that kitchen targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
- Always practice safety in handling food.
- Performing Personal and Environmental Hygiene in the Management of Food Business Services.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division.
- Conduct regular communication meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary
- Ensure accurate maintenance of recipes and product specifications.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual Food and Beverage Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.
- Strong in Japanese Cuisine
- Strong in leadership and business acumen
- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or diploma certification in Culinary
- Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
- Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or International experience are advantages
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
