Details About opportunity

People in the Customer Service Associates are responsible for managing incoming customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Customer Service Associates will be the first point of contact a new potential client will have with our company when they are seeking information about our offer.

What you will do:

  1. Customer Service Associates usually work directly with customers to help close deals when needed, so they must have good customer service skills and a strong understanding of their company’s products and services.
  2. They also work closely with other Sales Representatives to find and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.




Key Responsibilities

Working with our Sales team, your volunteer role includes:

  • Receiving and transferring feedback about issues, requests, and ideas for improvements to our Product Team,
  • Ensuring the customers’ satisfaction with our support,
  • Analyzing Users’ problems and editing the CID survey,
  • Supporting customers via chat, email on social media platforms,
  • Educating the users and helping them to grow within the Customer Success framework,
  • Encouraging satisfied users to recommend the service to others,
  • Provide information about the product, how to use it, and its functions,
  • Help maintaining and improve our Chat Bots and algorithms.



Education and experience

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in Customer Service and Sales (preferred)

Knowledge in consumer electronics and the retail environment (preferred)




Skills and requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment
  • Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree or similar education in Sales, Administration or Customer Support.
  • Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
  • Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features



Acquired Skills

Track record in B2B, B2C sales, and negotiation

Verbal and written communication skills

Sales techniques

Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

Ability to plan and manage resources



Duration

  • Part time (At least 2-3 hours/day)
  • 3 Month
  • Remote
