3. Kempinski Private Residences, a first-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.

4. Menara BCA, a 56 storey-premium-grade office tower that host multinational companies


Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for aCustomer Services Officer with the following requirements:


Qualifications:

  • A service and people-oriented person.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Well-groomed.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry.
  • Technology friendly.
  • Able to communicate in English both spoken and written.


s:

  • Greet & assist customers.
  • Ensure the facilities are running well for customer convenience.
  • In charge of creating reports to Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Maintain a positive & professional attitude toward customers.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate & quick solutions.
  • Administer G CARD transactions.
