Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO & Head of Product Development

Reports To: CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Head of Product Development to join our team. As the CTO cum Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of our organization, as well as driving the development of new products and services. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for technology and product development that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology and product development team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives
• Oversee the development and implementation of the technology strategy for the organization, ensuring that it supports the overall business strategy and goals
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the technology and product development teams, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork
• Manage the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support the business objectives
• Drive innovation within the organization by staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and identifying opportunities to leverage them to enhance our products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our technology solutions are up-to-date and competitive
• Work closely with the business development team to identify market opportunities and develop new product ideas that meet customer needs
• Lead the product development team in identifying and developing new product ideas, and driving the development and launch of new products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Computing or a related field
• Experience in product management, design, and development, with a track record of launching successful products and services
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
• Good understanding of Point of Sales or Ecommerce Platforms for Food & Beverage operators
• 10+ years of experience in technology and product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical and business issues
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives
• Strong technical background and expertise in software development, data management, and infrastructure management
• Understand the digital flow of restaurants, food outlets, online ordering, e-commerce and last mile delivery flow
