Country Manager, Indonesia For Milcom Institute

The role as Country Manager in Indonesia is exciting and autonomous.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely or in corporate serviced environments.

Imagine being able to support a network of experienced Education Agents and counsellors with an aim of increasing market share for the Milcom group of companies. At the same time helping students understand how accessible and affordable vocational level study is in Australia.There is an expectation to travel domestically to meet agents and schools at the secondary school and University level.

Responsibilities

• To screen and identify new potential agents.
• Liaise with the International Business Development Manager on a regular basis
• Preparedness to travel to regions and smaller market centers to promote the programs
• Assist the Milcom companies and agents in the development of digital campaigns
• Supporting existing education agents in product training sessions and student seminars.
• To explore new school relationships and communicate course options to students, parents, teachers, career advisers and alumni
• To manage and assist the Australian management team in all facets of operation
• Support the Australian management team in all areas of sales, marketing andstrategic planning

The Person

• Understands the local and international education and regulatory landscape
• The successful incumbent is involved in setting targets and budgetary requirements to help them establish a platform of success.
• Can provide ongoing market intelligence
• Will create effective marketing campaigns that deliver results
• Demonstrates exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Develops new markets and explores new opportunities
• Has accumulated experiences that will ensure they can perform in their role

• Has demonstrable management capability
• Experience working at an Education or Migration agency is advantageous but not mandatory. The person we seek has vast amounts of energy and drive and is motivated to succeed in order to take the business to the next level.
