Business Process Analyst Jobs

Our respected client is looking for someone to fill the Business Process Analyst positions with details as below:
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure process alignment.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and document process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct data analysis to measure process performance and identify areas of inefficiency.
• Train and educate staff on new processes and procedures.
• Monitor and track process changes, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to standards.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Have experience with Functional Specification Design (FSD)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to WFO in South Jakarta or North Jakarta
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
