Responsibility :

Completely achieve DBSI goals and yearly budget through proper market strategy implementation, increasing DBSI brand awareness to customers and upgrading joyful customers journey experience time to time.

Proper market strategy implementation:

• Translating the observation results into useful information and creating a strategy that can be used by branches/RMs when interacting with customers.
• The candidate will do research, observation and watch financial market development day by day then identify potential risks and opportunities as well.
• The end result is proper advisory delivery to customers to gain benefit with measured risk from the market development and generate revenue for the bank at the same time.

Increasing DBSI brand awareness to customers

Provide customers with up-to-date financial market information and specific investment instruments ie. FX, bonds, stocks and structure products. Conduct customer events regularly.

Upgrading joyful customers journey experience time to time.

Collaborate with intra DBSI divisions in providing solution and creating exciting experiences for customers when do banking with DBSI.

Requirements :

• Having excellent presentation skills;
• Having certification related to financial market will be a plus. Such as CFA, CFP, fund manager certification, risk management and treasury certification;
• Total minimum years of experience: 5 years
• Have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical background;
• Experience in economic and market research
• Education, minimum Bachelor degree in relevant area;
