Associate Advisory Consultant Jobs

The ideal candidate will report to senior/manager. You must be capable of handling the day-to-day aspects of the advisory work (planning, client meetings, fieldwork, report writing and coaching staff) with support from colleagues. You will need to be work with client management and other professionals and can be independently assigned to out-of-town projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Finance or Accounting, preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or Management.
• Previous audit or Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Substantial knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as Internet and E-mail.

• Supporting associates within the team through coaching and mentoring.
• Taking responsibility for assigned areas, including having completed work reviewed and working according to the time and budget available.
• Seeking advice on areas of technical research and undertaking research using firm portals and databases.
• Maintaining detailed question and answer lists to be communicated with the client.
• Acknowledging personal limitations regarding technical expertise and experience, seeking the support of others if necessary.
• Taking responsibility for assigned areas of the report, ensuring accuracy of all details in the report.
• Assisting in the full recovery of billable time through accurate and timely submission of timesheets.
• Maintaining assignment files with direction from the internal advisory manual.
• Contributing to ensuring maximum utilization by proactively seeking involvement in upcoming assignments and highlighting personal availability.
• Seeking input from managers to develop commercial awareness.
• Attending training courses, keeping technical knowledge up-to-date and developing competencies through in-house training opportunities.
• Identifying activities to be undertaken and prioritizing accordingly.
• Projecting a professional image and building a good rapport with the client, displaying a clear understanding of client expectations.
