Manage the schedules for UBS analysts marketing into Indonesia, and Indonesian UBS analysts marketing overseas

Schedules include booking flights, accommodation and all other logistics requirements for travel, investor meetings

Ensuring all cross border requirements are met when staff are travelling overseas to meet investors

Utilise the inhouse technology platform to manage analyst, investor and corporate schedules

Effectively manage accounts/client relationships by optimizing resources and maximizing client rankings

Ideally 2 years of experience working in content creation

Effectively delivering tasks on projects as guided by the management team.

Delivering expected profitability by utilization of the Team deployed on the project.

Meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround time.

Assisting team members in developing technical and professional competency. Coach and train the subordinates.

Prospecting for new business by using the client relationships.

Administrative works (including budget, creative, purchasing, sign off and file records)

Daily progress preparation, monitoring & reporting, including creative development and budget implementation

In-depth knowledge of the overall employee benefits program, its funding mechanism, broking processes, advisory and consulting, market segments, and marketplaces

Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager and members of the Regional Leadership Team

Bachelor’s degree in Management Finance or Accounting, preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or Management.

Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both oral and written.

Substantial knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as Internet and E-mail.

Previous audit or Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) experience

Acknowledging personal limitations regarding technical expertise and experience, seeking the support of others if necessary.

Attending training courses, keeping technical knowledge up-to-date and developing competencies through in-house training opportunities.

At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong background in wealth management and personal finance

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Management/Investment Banking or other relevant major from a reputable university

Deliver end-to-end knowledge of Mutual Fund products to Priority clients

Build and manage relationships with Priority clients through a variety of mediums, including our platform

Work closely with relevant external parties such as Investment Managers

Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund products and Bibit application
