Our Finance team is responsible for ensuring the most important aspect of any business is fulfilled, staying profitable. Ensure all documentation is correctly filled in, recorded, and filed in order to maintain organization and accurate representation of the company's statements at all times.
Assist our Director of Finance in analyzing key metrics that determine the company’s success and closely monitor KPI’s in order to anticipate potential shortcomings and proactively come up with solutions. Prepare numerous financial statements and track and verify payments of candidates and partners.
You will also be responsible for handling the administration of our own team recruits and assisting them in their onboarding process. Provide support before our new employees arrive with all the necessary documentation and legal aspects. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of the office and ensure that the office is 100% equipped and set for work.
Requirements:
- Well-spoken and polished presentation
- Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided
- Extremely organized and attentive to detail Internationally minded
- Excel, Word, basic Photoshop and Acrobat knowledge
- Fluent English and strong writing skills Spanish and/or French desired
- Creative and hardworking
- Be a student or graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
Responsibilities:
- Tracking expenditures and keeping bank statements updated
- Weekly tracking and reviewing clients and partner's payments
- Maintaining administration requirements and office code of conduct
- Payment processing
- Account reconciliations
- Assessment and trouble-shooting of candidate concerns or issues
- Hardware devices inventory management
- Office mailing management
- Support HR in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
