Job Description

Everplate builds commercial kitchens designed specifically for food delivery. We offer a low risk, low upfront capital investment and high upside opportunity for small to medium size F&B operators to launch and expand their restaurant or food delivery business.


Currently, we are looking for Account Executive (Business Development Manager) to further expand our new business in Indonesia.


As an Account Executive, you are responsible for managing end-to-end sales cycle for kitchen sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain efficient, varied sales pipeline (SMBs, enterprise, local heroes, etc.), successfully closing out potential customers in a timely manner
  • Generate high-quality leads by reaching out to prospects in the form of cold calls, e-mails or social networks when there isn’t an SDR team in place
  • Nurture existing customer relationships to get referral business and secure kitchens across multiple facilities
  • Craft effective pitches and mutual beneficial contract terms that demonstrate an understanding of both current market conditions’ impact on restaurant P&L and client wants and needs
  • Actively participate in best practice sharing, training and knowledge exchange across the sales team to improve overall performance
  • Utilize Salesforce to track outreach, organize the sales pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to develop and optimize selling tactics/strategy to maximize success
  • Source leads and evaluates opportunities to determine their viability as a cloud kitchen operator
  • Develop and maintains internal relationships to set proper expectations with potential customers and continually seeks out value adding opportunities (for customers) that other teams can test out
  • Proactively engage with restaurants on site as part of relationship building and conducting the overall sales pitch
  • Ensure an accurate license agreement is in place along with the customer’s first deposit before initiating the handover to onboarding. Handover includes transfer of all relevant information pertinent to the sale (i.e. deal terms, special requirements, contact information etc.)

Required Experience:

  • B2B sales experience
  • At least 2+ years of sales experience (Account Management, Farming Sales, Hunting Sales, Telesales)


Nice to have:

  • 3 - 5 years of end-to-end hunter sales experience
  • F&B industry experience


Salary Scheme:

Base + Commission + ESO


Industrial experience is not required! We would love to meet people with great business acumen, hustler mindset, and proactive problem solving skills.
