Job description:
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, project status, and market insights to management.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients, actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Serve as a project manager, overseeing clients' projects from initiation to completion.
Requirements:
- Min. 10 months in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with the learning and development landscape (key players, trends, and challenges in the industry) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies, training programs, and employee development strategies is a plus.
- Bachelor's/Diplomadegree in any major.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Has excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in selling products or services to the learning and development industry is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge and experience in project management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
