Manage and train Customer Associates

On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set

Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

Participate in the Company Safety & Quality Management System, in accordance to the safety and quality policy framework.

Understand the latest information and provide accurate information.

Assist end-users with their problems and resolve it promptly.

Follow-up on outstanding cases and follow-up with customers.

Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Bachelor's degree from Communication, Management, PR, or similar field.
