We are currently hiring for one of our clients. Currently, they are looking for a VP of Finance. Please find the job description and requirements below:

• Develop strategies for growth, revenue generation, retention, and customer experience
• Develop and manage the Fin-Tech business ecosystem
• Collaborate with other teams to determine ROI and optimize marketing spending
• Lead and manage multiple projects to maximize revenue and streamline operational processes
• Manage P&L, monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and introduce new strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions and partnerships

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of management experience in technology-based companies (Fin-Tech and banking experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's or MBA preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve results
• Ability to set clear objectives, delegate responsibilities, and assess performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Independent and self-motivated, with strong analytical and business acumen
