What you will do:

• Working through ambiguous situations, being able to develop frameworks and structures to define problems and construct execution plans that are achievable and pragmatic.
• Working with other leaders across the organization, including the executive leadership team, to identify key strategic challenges and opportunities.
• Creating and implementing strategic initiatives in line with overall business objectives across various functions, not limited to marketing, product development, market penetration, and partnerships.
• Communicating strategy effectively throughout the company at various forums and supporting functional teams to align outcomes to corporate strategy.
• Leading the critical strategic initiatives, with a consistent view on prioritization of the most significant challenges to business success.

What you will need:

• Highly organized.
• Detailed and process-oriented with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's Degree are preferable).
• Outstanding project and time management skills.
• Strategic thinker.
• Data-driven.
• Superior interpersonal skills, being approachable and comfortable in building relationship at every level.
• Proficient in English.
• Self-starter and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• 6-10 years of work experience acquired (ideally) at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an internal strategy department for a high-growth organization.
• Structured communication.
• Communicative.
