Telesales Retention Leader/Supervisor (For Igaming Industry)

This role is one who mainly analyzes customer behavior and gathers information on customer complaints, feedback and satisfaction. He/she must have aggressiveness in creating retention strategies based on customers’ feedback.They assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals/target, activities of acquiring customers and collaborate with marketing and sales team to strategies customer and marketing approaches.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
• Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
• Gathering information about customer complaints (HOWs, WHYs)
• Communicating with customers and sales representative.
• Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
• Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
• Building positive relationship with customers and business associates.
• Analyzing customer behavior (complaints, feedbacks/comments, satisfactions)

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management
• Open from Banking and Insurance industry
• Has experience in leading a team, able to think strategically
• Proficient in Ms. Excel or other CRM system
• From well-known university with IPK min. 3,50
• Proficient in English, both writing and speaking
• At least 3 years experience in the same field and 2 years as leader
• Prefer experiences from iGaming or blackhat Industry
