Job Description

Hello the Next Future Leader!


Calling all of you to join Talent Development Program (TDP) 2023 from OK Bank Indonesia. You will get intensive training and comprehensive on-the-job training to accelerate your career as a professional banker. So, what is TDP?


TDP is a program aimed to accelerate careers as professional bankers. There are intensive training and comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT). Both are important to have a strong understanding of our business and unleash your leadership potential. Also, many opportunities for you to get strategic projects that will bring benefit for you in the future.


Development Journey

  1. In Class Training (This program will start on July 2023)
  2. On the Job Training
  3. Placement


Hiring Journey

  1. Registration
  2. HR Interview
  3. Psikotest and Focus Group Discussion (FGD)
  4. Interview with Board of Director
  5. Medical Check Up
  6. Onboarding


Qualification

  1. Fresh graduate or max 2 years work experience with min bachelor degree in 2.75 in reputable universities
  2. Fluent in English both written and spoken
  3. Highly motivated, target-oriented, persistent, and resilient person
  4. Neat appearance
  5. Demonstrate good teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
  6. Willing to be assigned to any branches of the bank
