𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

The Talent Acquisition Volunteer will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing support throughout the hiring process. This volunteer position demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as the successful candidate will work closely with the various Team Leads and potential candidates. The Talent Acquisition Volunteer will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the growth and success of the organization through the acquisition of top talent.

Volunteer Activities

Working with our CEO and Human Resource Team, your volunteer role includes:

• Support the company’s recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various volunteer positions.
• Involved in various tasks such as creating job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing volunteer profiles, and scheduling interviews.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR team to help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, while also providing a positive candidate experience.
• Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects, such as company branding initiatives, talent pipeline development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Support the HR team with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills

– Excellent attention to detail

– Ability to adapt to changes in the industry and the company’s recruitment needs

– Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships

– Availability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week

– Comfortable working remotely and using online tools and software

Acquired Experience and Skills

As a Talent Acquisition Volunteer, you will gain valuable skills and experience in the field of human resources(HR) and recruitment. These skills include sourcing and screening candidates, developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing candidate databases. Additionally, you will gain experience in working collaboratively with Team Leads and HR professionals, and developing and implementing recruitment strategies. These skills and experiences will be highly transferable and can be applied to future roles within the HR field, as well as other professional areas that require strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
