As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new clients by leveraging your sales and marketing expertise and deep knowledge of HRIS software and its applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in sales or marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Job Requirements

• Self-Motivation: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HRIS software and its applications, as well as experience in demonstrating software and explaining its features and benefits to potential customers. Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is also necessary.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the market, product, and organization. Familiarity with CRM software and its integration with HRIS is preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the HR technology industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs and requirements and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome barriers to sales.
• Team Player: A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
