Software Implementation Executive Jobs

Contract period: 3-6 months     

No. of working days: 6 days/week (Weekdays: 8 am -4 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 2 pm) 

Locations: Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan & Bandung

About The Client

Our client is a fast growing startup providing an all in one pharmacy management system.

Your role

They are seeking a skilled implementation executive to aid in the onboarding process of new clients with our software. In this role, you will demonstrate how their software works to clients, and answer questions relating to implementation. You will also be required to install the software and ensure the client is satisfied with the purchase.

To be successful as an implementation specialist, you should be proficient in basic computer technical skills (MS word, MS excel, etc.) and able to work well as part of a team. Ultimately, an outstanding Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating a specialized document for each client.
• Meeting with clients following the sale of software.
• Educating clients on how to use purchased software and highlight key system features.
• Creating a plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of software system.
• Installing software and all necessary components.
