Recruitment Lead (Mass Hiring)

Responsibilities :
- Managing the recruitment process for a large number of logistics positions, including drivers, shorter, and other logistics support staff.
- Work closely with the business user to determine hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Ensure that all hiring procedures are in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Have previous experience in logistics recruiting at least 3 years, with a proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions
- Proficient in Mandarin and English is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Willing to travel for work
