Recruiter [Contract Based]

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the end-to-end process to fill in IT-related/technical positions within organization of Aleph Labs. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

:

• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, social media, online employment forums, etc.
• Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as part of employer branding activities and good employment opportunities.
• Collaborating with department leaders to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience best suit open positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any major, or equivalent experience.
• Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Good proficient in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Has more than 2 years of proven experience on recruitment processes and databases.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes.
• Have proven experience in recruiting technical/IT positions.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
