Project Pre-Sales Engineer Jobs

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all technical aspects of Hikvision product distribution and projects; 2. Perform product demos, service, maintenance, and upgrades to customers; 3.

3. As appropriate, create, manage, and contribute to technical help guides and related troubleshooting material.

4. Provide product and solution training to clients and users; 5. Oversee project management and delivery; 6. Perform other technical-related tasks.

Requirements:

1. Computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems bachelor's degree or higher is preferable. English is my first language.

2. At least 2 years of technical support experience, with knowledge of security products;

3. Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as customer service skills and awareness; ability to operate under pressure.
