In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of an office or organization and providing support to General Manager.
What you'll do:
Personal Assistance:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage email and phone communications on behalf of senior management or executives.
- Manage the schedule and calendar of senior management or executives.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Arrange and coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and events.
Office Manager:
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office operations, including coordinating and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain and manage office budget, expenses, and accounting.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
Who you are:
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility with work hours and availability to work overtime or on weekends if necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with office management systems and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or as Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
