Mutual Fund Product Development And Anti Money Laundering - Counter Terrorism Financing Officer

Responsibilities :

We are looking for Mutual Fund Product Development and Anti-Money Laundering - Counter Terrorism Financing Officer for our Asset Management. As part of the team, the candidate will be mainly responsible for :

1. Conducting mutual fund product developing, launching process of products, including administrative task and contract/agreement related to the process. As well as coordinating internally for regulatory filing and approvals, product documentation and maintenance of reports.
2. Providing periodic analysis of risk assessment of money laundering – counter terrorism financing crime related to Client’s information, country, product, services, transaction or delivery channels. Including compiling, updating and proposing policies and procedures for the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering – Counter Terrorism Financing in Company and submitting report to OJK for any report required related to AML/CFT.
3. Ensuring all activities regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention program are well implied by all work unit in Company, including SOP comply to Company’s policies and OJK’s regulation.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or Economy from reputable university.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Financial Industry especially Asset Management.
3. Possess WPPE or WMI license is preferable.
4. Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Capital Market regulations.
5. Knowledge of how to assess and mitigate financial crime, reputational risk and other risks related to clients, third parties, products, transactions, and processes would be a significant plus.
6. Having a strong analytical, research, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills.
