Mutual Fund Administrative Jobs

Have solid leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

Have minimum 2 years in operations unit, or mutual fund related operations experience (APERD, MI, GERAI, Banks).

Decent skill in Microsoft Office, especially in excel.

Generate reports to the Board of Directors regarding mutual fund daily and monthly transactions.

Lead the mutual fund operations team.

Bachelor’s Degree graduate in a related major from a reputable university.

Minimum 2 years working experiences within investment product planning, particularly in Mutual Funds.

Strong analytical skills to analyze customer profiles and formulate suitable products.

Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Fluent in English (both oral & written).

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

Experience in working at a Financial Industry, dealing with Mutual Fund as a customer support.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Assess our customers by providing relevant consultations.

Have wide connection with other investment management firm.

Have 2-3 years experience in mutual fund industry is a must.

Do research on mutual fund (reksadana) Industry and create mutual fund investment methodology

Working closely with product department for the app development process

Define calculation of each metrics in our application.

Have a deep understanding of mutual fund industries.

Bachelor degree or above in finance or financial management related major;

Good organization, coordination, project management and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills;

Responsible for the management and reconciliation of the three-party payment accounts;

Strong awareness of risk management and control.

Have rigorous thinking, clear logic, and good writing skills;

Responsible for reconciliation and fund settlement with financial institutions;

Minimum 1 year experience in Financial Industry especially Asset Management.

Having a strong analytical, research, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or Economy from reputable university.

Possess WPPE or WMI license is preferable.

Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Capital Market regulations.

Acquisition of new client relationships and development of existing client relationships

Selling a range of investment products to existing and potential clients.

Achieving high levels of service standards and maximizing client satisfaction.

Demonstrate awareness of budgets and accounts and profitability

Managing teams that will help in acquiring and development of client relationships both new and existing

Provide value adding recommendation for the clients

Ensure all valuation reports are checked before forward to Manager FA for review

Hold a minimum bachelor degree in Accounting /Finance

Good communication skills in English need to be in constant communication with other HSBC units and external clients.

Has strong knowledge on Capital Market Industry is an advantage

Skills in Macro's, SQL. Strong preferred
