Marketing Manager (Beauty) Jobs

• Prior experience as a Brand Manager in Beauty Industry will be preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for running market research to identify customer successes and pain points and using these as opportunities to improve the company’s growth matrix
• Create value propositions and messaging based on insights and data.
• Responsible for developing the company’s content strategy in both the online and offline channel
• Manage end-to-end marketing planning, execution, evaluation, and any growth-related initiatives.
• Analyze the beauty Industry within the Indonesian market and improve the company’s awareness within the market

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in managing, creating, and implementing digital marketing programs and activities.
• Extensive exposure to marketing and brand management, coupled with detailed analytical skills and creative problem solving
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Marketing/Brand Marketing preferably with experience in Beauty Industry
